Hi Liam,

Unfortunately, volume 1 estimates are unavailable. However, yearly statement of ownership records were being published in Marvel comics during volume 1’s run, so a yearly estimate is available, which would prove informative but not as thorough as a month-to-month.

This stuf is interesting. Any chance of getting the full run of volume 1? Also, is there a place we can get the information for the rest of the comics in any given month? It would be interesting to see how each NW issue stacked up against the top seller, or at least the next one above it.

We should have June’s sales estimates in a few more weeks. Those numbers will include New Warriors volume 4 #1.

Yes, as I understand it, the digests sell well enough to support the production of the individual issues of Marc Sumerak’s Power Pack series of mini-series.

It’s also important to note that the industry’s numbers overall have been going down significantly from the mid-1990s, although there has been an upswing in the last couple years (a trend that hopefully continues).

Thanks for compiling all of this! It’s interesting to see the actual numbers on these titles. I am shocked that they keep putting out the recent Power Pack minis with such low sales. They must be doing really well as digests.
