Most of the story takes place within Ben’s mind during a hypnosis session with his creator Prof. Miles Warren aka the Jackal, so it could be debated that a lot of the panels don’t really count as an actual appearance. The final page occurs simultaneously with Amazing Spider-Man #149 page 17 panel 6 to page 18 panel 1 from 1975.
